At Unihotel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and simple refund and return process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- The watch must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- The item must not be damaged, worn, or altered in any way.
Please note: We do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@unihotel.xyz or call 077 2314 2996 within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement at no additional charge or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made watches
- Watches that have been used, worn, or altered
- Gift cards and promotional items
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
